The Sennheiser ADA 4000 Single is a 2.3 MHz single channel infrared system package for ADA compliance.

The SI 1015 wideband modulator uses the new extremely reliable carrier frequencies 2.3 and 2.8 MHz and can be operated in single-channel, two-channel and stereo modes. The modulator is fitted with two balanced XLR-3 audio inputs and IR monitoring diodes. It can be used with SZI 1015 and SZI 1029 radiators, the signals for the radiators are available at two RF sockets, or, alternatively, at a barrier strip. (N.B.: The barrier strip - which also powers the connected radiators - can only be used with SZI 1015 and SZI 1029-24 radiators.)

The SZI 1015 is a 2-Watt radiator with a coverage area of up to 400 m². The radiator is switched on and off automatically by the modulator’s RF carrier. The RF signal from the modulator can be daisy-chained via BNC sockets. A barrier strip with RF and DC inputs and outputs is connected in parallel. The radiator has a 5/8” thread and comes with a 3/8” and 1/2” adapter, it can therefore easily be mounted to various attachments.

The SI 30 is a small- to medium-area master transmitter that can be switched from 2.3 MHz to 2.8 MHz or used simultaneously for two channel/stereo operation. Utilizing these higher-than-usual subcarrier frequencies, this system avoids the interference generated by electronically-ballasted fluorescent lights. With the capability of covering 750 square feet, the SI 30 can be used with up to three SZI 30 slave emitters for increased coverage. This cost-effective system is ideal for conference rooms, Houses of Worship, courtrooms and similar type rooms up to 3,000 sq. ft.

The SI 30 is a small- to medium-area transmitter or modulator and covers up to 750 square feet. Coverage can be increased with additional SZI 30 slave emitters.

The HDI 830 is a professional two-channel stethoset receiver for wideband transmission systems (with carrier frequencies of 2.3 MHz and 2.8 MHz) in museums, theaters and churches. The wearer can switch between channel 1, channel 2 or stereo signal reception. The receiver provides excellent speech intelligibility and very good music reproduction. It is comfortable to wear and is sure to provide long operating times.

The EKI 830 IR bodypack receiver is a variant of the RI 830 S which is optimized for use in IS applications. It works on the two wideband frequencies 2,3 and 2,8MHz and can be used in single channel mono or dual channel stereo mode.
